Payments
We welcome payments by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta & Visa Electron cards payments.
Prices/Carriage
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT at current rate. The shipping charge of £3.95 applies to delivery to mainland UK.
Returns
We are happy to accept returned, unused and unmarked goods within 14 days of receipt.
Shortages / Damages
In the unlikely event that there is a shortage in your order or any of the goods you receive are damaged, please notify us immediately (no later than 3 days from delivery) so that we can arrange collection of the damaged goods, where necessary, and we can dispatch any replacements.
Availability
While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will contact you via email to inform you with an updated delivery, or at your request refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
